**Return and Refund Policy**
Thank you for shopping at Whispering Expressions. While we are committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products, we understand that issues can arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle these situations.
**No Returns on Personalized items **
Our policy is final sale; we do not offer returns on personalized items after customer approval.
**Exceptions - Damaged or Wrong Item Received:**

• Returns accepted for 14 days
• Customer provides return shipping
• 3% Restocking fee
• No final sale items
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. In such cases, we will accept returns and send out the correct item under the following conditions:
- You must notify us and receive our approval before returning the wrong item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Approval for the return must be obtained within 7 days of receipt.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly ship out the correct item.
**No Returns Without Approval:**
Please note, no items will be refunded or accepted for return without prior approval from our team. Returning an item without our approval will not obligate us to provide a refund or exchange, and the item may not be returned to you.
**Shipping Costs:**
Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the wrong item to us. We will email a return shipping label and cover the shipping costs for sending out the correct item in cases of our error.
